A House of Cultivated Craft
House of Miss Jun
Est.2015. Hangzhou

The House
Miss Jun works at the meeting point of classical Chinese craft and
contemporary form. Founded by designer Jun Tang, the house builds
each garment around material intelligence — the behaviour of a cloth,
the logic of a weave, the discipline of the hand.
Eastern and Western references are held in deliberate tension rather
than dissolved into one another. The result is coherence, not synthesis:
a wardrobe in which a Qing-dynasty embroidery vocabulary and a
modern, relaxed silhouette occupy the same plane without explanation.
The 2026 collection spans two registers — a hand-embroidered Couture
line drawing on museum-grade technique, and a Ready-to-Wear line in
premium natural fabrics. Both speak through the work itself.

The brand name encapsulates its philosophy:
Miss Jun = 觅 (mì, to seek) + 时 (shí, time/moment) + 君 (jūn, a person of refinement).
The Designer
Jun Tang began her womenswear practice in 2006. She established
Miss Jun in 2015, and opened a Vancouver studio in 2018 serving
private couture clients. Her work is grounded in traditional Chinese
craft — hand embroidery, classical motif, the structural intelligence
of natural fabric — carried into a restrained contemporary language.
2026 marks the house's North American ready-to-wear launch.

For the Cultivated Woman
She is not born in a moment. She is gathered in the accumulation of them — every season she has moved through, every tradition she has held in one hand while reaching forward with the other. She understands that time is not something to race against, but something to grow within, the way a river carves its own path not by force, but by a quiet and relentless continuity. Her style flows between what was and what is becoming — ancient in its roots, fearless in its expression. She carries the wisdom of those who came before her without being bound by it. She is the woman who knows that attitude is not performed — it is cultivated, slowly, deliberately, like something rare and worth waiting for. Modern in her stride, timeless in her grace. She does not chase the moment. She becomes it.
